1. Before the machine officially starts running, please check whether the oil level of the upper and lower gears of the meltblown non-woven equipment, the water level of the water-cooled box, and the water level of the laser printer meet the requirements.

The water-cooled box and laser coding machine must be filled with pure water. We need to check whether the gear and bearing cover are complete, whether there is dry material attached to the feeding belt and the feeding port, and whether the air pressure meets the requirements immediately.

2. Before starting operation, please check whether the wiring of each part of the machine is correct; whether the cooling system of the barrel and screw is normal and unblocked; whether the drive system is normal, whether the lubricating oil level is normal, whether the oil circuit is unobstructed; whether the system is normal; whether the connecting bolts of the machine head are tightened, etc.

3. Before starting the operation, heat the part that needs to be heated in the meltblown non-woven fabric equipment, and at the same time send the cooling medium to the bottom of the hopper and the cooling part of the screw for cooling. When the set temperature is reached, the temperature should be maintained for 10 minutes to make the temperature of the screw and barrel uniform.

4. Before starting to operate the meltblown non-woven fabric equipment, raise the temperature for about 40 to 50 minutes. Raise the temperature until you pull the motor V-belt by hand until it is comfortable, and then pull it continuously in the normal working direction eight to ten times. It takes about ten minutes to heat up during this process.

Finally, turn on the machine, but still need to continue heating, because normal production needs to continue to increase the heat, and adjust different temperatures according to the different properties of the raw materials.
